Somatic Practitioner | Positive Psychology Practitioner

I grew up in a home where there was a lot of fighting and from this lens my body learned very early how to stay alert.

How to overthink.
How to read the room.
How to hold tension.
How to survive.

For years, I thought healing meant trying harder to fix myself.

Fix my body.
Fix my emotions.
Fix the way I moved through the world.

But underneath all of it, what I was truly craving was safety.
A place where I could finally exhale.
A space where my body didn’t have to keep holding everything alone.

That journey led me into somatic work, breathwork, nervous system healing, positive psychology, embodiment, and a deeper relationship with the wisdom of the body.

Today, I support women who are tired of living disconnected from themselves.

Women who have spent years overthinking, holding it all together, surviving stress, carrying the emotional weight for everyone else, and wondering why they still feel overwhelmed, anxious, numb, or exhausted even after “doing the work.”

My approach blends somatic support, breathwork, embodiment practices, nervous system regulation, positive psychology, and emotional processing in a way that feels gentle, grounded, and deeply human.

Because healing is not only about surviving. It’s also about learning how to thrive.

To feel present in your life again.
To laugh deeply.
To breathe fully.
To experience connection, joy, softness, pleasure, and aliveness inside the body you live in every single day.

This is not about fixing you.

It’s about helping your body feel safe enough to soften.

My work is rooted in the belief that your body is not the problem.
